Customer Supplied Item Drop-Off Policy

Please note Bel & Co. Embroidery’s current drop-off policy below. By submitting your items for embroidery, you acknowledge and agree to the customer supplied item drop-off policy.

- Customer Responsibility
By providing your own item, you acknowledge that all items are accepted at your own risk. While I take the utmost care during the embroidery process, I cannot guarantee results on all customer-supplied goods.

- No Replacement Guarantee
Bel & Co. is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-provided items if damage occurs during embroidery. This includes, but is not limited to, needle breaks, thread tension issues, fabric distortion, machine errors, or hoop marks. 

- Material Limitations
Different fabrics and item constructions (stretchy materials, delicate fabrics, pre-worn items, seams, etc.) can affect the final outcome. I reserve the right to decline items that I feel are not suitable for embroidery.

- Imperfections
While I always strive for high-quality results, slight variations in placement, stitching, and overall finish may occur when working with customer-provided items. These are not considered defects.

- No Refunds on Stitching Services
Embroidery services performed on customer-provided items are non-refundable, as the service cannot be undone.

- Approval of Placement & Design
Customers are responsible for approving all design details, including size, placement, thread color, and spelling, prior to stitching. Once approved, I am not responsible for errors.

- Liability Waiver
By submitting your item, you agree that Bel & Co. Embroidery not liable for any damage, imperfections, or unsatisfactory results related to the embroidery of customer-provided goods.
